Pulse AI may use information you provide through the platform together with relevant event registration information to:

  • Identify potentially relevant connections with other event participants
  • Recommend relevant content and sessions
  • Help us understand key themes, priorities, interests and challenges across the event

Pulse AI uses artificial intelligence to identify relevant connections, themes, content and recommendations based on information provided by event participants.

These recommendations are designed to support and enhance your event experience. Pulse AI does not make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on you.

As part of the matching experience, relevant profile information may be made available within Pulse AI to event participants with whom a connection has been identified.

Information made available through Pulse AI is provided to support the event experience and must not be used for unsolicited marketing or unrelated direct outreach.

We do not sell your personal information.

Information collected specifically through Pulse AI is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide and support the event experience, after which it is deleted or anonymised in accordance with our data retention practices.

Marketing preferences and information required for future communications are managed separately from your participation in Pulse AI.

Where your consent is relied upon for Pulse AI processing, you may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting info@hseglobalseries.com.

7. Marketing Communications

Where marketing consent is requested alongside Pulse AI, this is optional and separate from your consent to the use of Pulse AI.
