Origin Story
Paul’s career has been built around people, operations and getting things done. Now he’s landed in the wonderfully fast-moving world of The Global Series, working across the business to help bring a little structure to the ambition, without taking away any of the madness that makes it work.
Weaknesses
Excel. Possibly too much Excel. If something can be tracked, measured, forecast or colour-coded, Paul probably has a spreadsheet for it. There may even be a spreadsheet telling him where the other spreadsheets are.
Current Mission
Turning Paul’s “I’ve had an idea…” messages into something the team can actually make happen. Keeping departments talking, plans moving and the chaos under control as The Global Series grows around the world.
