About Dr. David Provan About
Dr. David Provan is the Chief Executive Officer at Forge Works, a global safety consulting, training and software company. He is the former General Manager Health, Safety and Environment for Origin Energy and held several Safety Executive positions over his 20 year corporate career. David has a Bachelor of Behavioural Science, Master of Health Science, Master of Business Administration and a Doctor of Philosophy in Safety Science. He is an Adjunct Fellow at Griffith University. David currently advises Executive Teams and Boards globally across many high hazard industries on topics of leadership, culture, risk, strategy and performance. He is an independent expert safety consultant for the International Atomic Energy Authority (IAEA), and the NASA Human Spaceflight Program.
