Forge Works helps organisations improve the safety of work.

We’re an Australian-based safety and risk consultancy, working globally with leaders, safety professionals and operational teams in complex, high-risk industries. We help them move beyond safety activity and build the capability to understand, manage and improve how work actually happens.

Our approach combines contemporary safety science with practical operational experience, drawn from work across mining, energy, utilities, transport, construction, aviation, logistics, data centres and other safety-critical sectors. Through consulting, diagnostics, software and professional development, we help organisations strengthen leadership, risk insight, learning and operational performance.
