The safety and health of our people and protection of the environment are the foundation of AstraZeneca’s values, and are critical to our license to operate. As SHE Director for our Global Operations group, I am responsible for AstraZeneca’s Global Operations SHE strategy and the owner of our SHE business processes (Stay Safe, Stay Well, Stay Green and Stay Compliant). I lead SHE reviews with the Operations Senior Leadership Team and lead a network of Regional SHE Leads and SHE Process Experts. I also partner with AstraZeneca’s Global Sustainability and SHE organization to achieve our bold ambitions in ensuring the safety and health of our people and protecting our environment.
