Paul is the author of eight books on business leadership, a former trader, consulting CEO, and professor.
Today, he focuses on AI Adoption: The People-first Approach – particularly what he calls the “adoption gap” between enterprises and individuals who have realized significant gains and those who haven’t.
The difference lies with people: culture, learning, innovation, and mindset – old themes to be sure, but ones that are more important than even in the AI age is operational efficiencies are to be achieved. Before turning to writing and keynote speaking, Paul was a partner at IBM focusing on the human side of tech adoption and a professor of business ethics and leadership.
