As the Sr. Director of Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) at Sanofi US, I have over 20 years of experience in leading HSE activities and reducing risk across multiple sites and functions. I am an HSE professional with skills in industrial hygiene, hearing conservation, bio-safety, emergency response, and environmental compliance. I am passionate about increasing the safety culture and supporting continuous improvement at Sanofi.
In addition to my HSE responsibilities, I am also a leadership team member involved in various projects and initiatives outside of the scope of HSE. Some of these include strategic workforce planning, project portfolio management, large contract negotiations, cost reduction projects, large capital investment projects, philanthropy program management, DE&I council co-chair, employee engagement, government relations, business continuity and crisis team management. I enjoy collaborating with diverse stakeholders and contributing to the success and growth of Sanofi and its people.
