Amy Taylor serves as the Americas Health & Safety Leader for Philips, bringing more than 20 years of EHS experience, including 12 years in international leadership roles. She leads strategic H&S transformation across a complex, multi‑market, multi‑business organization supporting manufacturing, field service, and R&D operations within a global operating model.
A people‑centric, collaborative leader, Amy brings an enterprise, future‑focused mindset—reimagining what’s possible to drive Impact with Care, accelerate continuous improvement, and enable value creation for people, the function, and the business. She began her career in hazardous and mixed‑waste management at a nuclear weapons facility and holds a Master’s degree in Safety, Security, and Emergency Management, a Master’s Certificate in OHS, is an Oxford Scholar, and serves on the Global Series North America Advisory Board.
