Known for his strategic, results-driven approach, he has achieved major improvements including cutting claim costs by over 80%, lowering WorkSafe rates from +55% to nearly zero, and eliminating recurring injury incidents through targeted training.
Aaron has supported organizations across the natural resources sector by strengthening safety culture, improving compliance, and driving continuous improvement. He remains active in BC’s mining safety community as a chief task judge for regional mine rescue competitions and a member of the AME BC Safety Committee.
