I help people lead teams, negotiate deals, change policies, run for office, find love, and even influence their kids :-). My work has influenced Google’s global food policy as well as climate policy negotiations at the United Nations and in the White House. If you’re interested in leadership or influence, you might find my book Influence Is Your Superpower useful. It’s an international bestseller published in 28 languages and I loved getting to narrate the audio.
Role-wise, I’m a prof at Yale who teaches science-based influence workshops all over the world and coaches people who want to play big and go deep. Before academia, I managed a $200 million segment of the Barbie brand at Mattel.
Outside of work, I love the woods, sci-fi movies, and travel adventures. If I were an animal I’d be a firefly.
