Sandi J. Copus is the Corporate Risk & Health, Safety, and Environmental Director and creator of the Emergence Curve and Executive Safety Command, a practical framework that turns “safety data” into real executive decisions. With 30+ years in high-risk industrial and service operations across the U.S. and overseas, she’s led emergency response, workers’ compensation, culture transformation, and predictive risk programs in environments where production pressure is nonstop. Sandi holds a master’s in occupational safety and an MBA with a minor in Human Resources and Marketing and is the author of Safety in Color: A Predictive Approach, which reframes safety from black-and-white compliance to human-centered performance.
