Neil has extensive frontline and executive experience in complex offshore operations, enabling him to translate policy into consistent, real‑world execution. He is recognized for strengthening safety culture, improving operational integrity, and embedding robust HSE governance so it becomes “how we work,” not a one‑off initiative. He holds an Engineering degree from the University of Aberdeen and a Master of Laws from Robert Gordon University.
