About Melissa Garabedian About
Melissa is a Registered Nurse since 2007 with extensive experience in occupational and mental health. She has held multiple leadership roles at Philips since 2016, including Site Occupational Health Nurse, Occupational Health Program Manager within Corporate Health & Safety, and Psychological Behavior and Medical Services Leader for the Americas. She holds both a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and a Master’s degree as a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from Rivier University. Based in New Hampshire, she is a mom of two, an animal lover, and an avid reader. Mental health is her passion, shaped by both professional expertise and lived experience.
