Matt Lincoln is the Chief Executive Officer of Safety Services Company (SSC), the compliance infrastructure firm supporting thousands of contractor organizations across North America inside every major contractor management platform. Before leading SSC, Matt spent nearly three decades on the hiring-client side of safety and risk, holding executive positions across Fortune 500 enterprises, including leading Worldwide Crisis Management at Amazon and serving as a Vice President of Loss Prevention, Safety, and Crisis Management in global retail. His career spans workplace safety, asset protection, crisis preparedness, emergency response, and large-scale investigations. A 2026 Titan 100 honoree and a two-time BBB Torch Awards for Ethics finalist (2025 & 2026), Matt now leads the company that works on the other side of the standards he spent his career setting, giving him a working view of the owner–contractor relationship from both seats at the table.
