Martin has over 30 years’ leadership and engineering management experience working in defence aviation maintenance and training environments. As a former military Engineer Officer and contractor military Training Advisor to the Royal Saudi Air Force Directorate of Air Force Training, he has provided expert advice and support to ensure the successfully delivery and build-up of competent trained manpower across a broad range of disciplines in safety critical environments. He has harnessed his experience and continues to focus on supporting companies to develop, embrace change and focus on promoting a positive and effective safety culture by adopting practical solutions.
