Global HSE leadership in industrial and multinational environments +20 years. I partner with companies using a strategic transformation approach using contemporary HSE research evidence, data and benchmarking insights to inform strategy, program development, business engagement and stakeholder management to create long term empowerment and ownership in a positive proactive culture. Coupled with deep expertise in HSE risk management practices, I am proficient at strategy and program development and implementation including using agile innovation (design thinking), lean and six sigma methods coupled with organisational development practices to elevate HSE capabilities and implement EHS effectively. ICF qualified coach to enable and retain buy-in, drive action and translate good practices to daily ways of working.
