Board-level position delivering the Royal Commission for Riyadh City’s metro project. A GoA4 fully automated driverless metro rapid transit system. Leading a large international team of OHS, Rail Safety, Audit, Emergency Planning, Sustainability, CSR and Document Control professionals, I deliver the strategic, tactical and operational governance backbone to the organization.
A senior leader and strong influencer at all organisational levels; innovative, commercial and accountable, with a demonstrable track record in service transformation. An experienced health and safety leader with specialist qualifications in occupational health, safety and psychology. I view continuous professional development as a key strength. I am making active evidence-based contributions to the future of H&S in the UK and Europe as a peer reviewer for IOSH, “Policy & Practice in Health and Safety” (Taylor & Francis), and “The Occupational Psychologist” (European Academy of OHP). I was also a founding Independent Member of the HSE Mythbuster Challenge Panel, and an accredited author on EU-OSHA’s OSHWIKI project.
