With a proven track record across the UK and the Middle East, Kevin also serves as Managing Partner at Competence HR, where he leads initiatives in leadership development, coaching, assessment, and HR consultancy.

A former Squadron Leader Engineer with the Royal Air Force, Kevin brings a disciplined, people-focused approach to developing safe systems and high-performing teams.
