He developed ecoPortal to empower businesses with intuitive, intelligent systems that drive real behavioural change—boosting performance, reducing risk, and strengthening culture. Under his leadership, ecoPortal has grown to a team of over 100, supporting hundreds of forward-thinking organisations around the world in building safer, smarter workplaces.
