Bob Malin is Senior Vice President of Environmental, Health, Safety, and Sustainability at Oldcastle APG (a CRH company), supporting 15,000 team members across North America. After serving 8.5 years in the U.S. Air Force as an aircraft armament systems specialist, Bob transitioned into operations leadership and corporate EHS roles across building materials and manufacturing. Over the past 21 years at CRH, he has led EHS programs across multiple regions and business lines. Known for his “disruptor” approach, Bob challenges the status quo to drive practical,high-impact safety improvements that help ensure people go home safe every day.
