A highly qualified safety and risk professional with over 15 years of experience in safety and risk leadership, she holds an ISO 45001 Lead Auditor certification, is soon to complete an MBA from Cranfield, and is a Chartered Fellow of the CMI. Her credentials span NEBOSH Diploma, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and advanced training in leadership and change from LSE.

As Head of Safety, Security and Resilience at the BBC, she combines deep technical expertise with strategic oversight, driving high standards of governance across complex, high-profile environments. 

Beyond the corporate sphere, she is a World Rowing umpire, bringing the same discipline, fairness, and attention to detail to international sport as she does to her professional work. Her board-level roles with Commonwealth Games Wales and Welsh Rowing further reflect her leadership in governance and performance environments.
