About Ruth Denyer About
Ruth Denyer is Senior Director, Production Health and Safety (EMEA) at Netflix. She has spent 25 years in health and safety and broader risk roles. Much of her career has been in the creative industries, which shapes her approach to challenging established practice and driving improvement.
Outside work, Ruth Denyer serves as a Trustee and Co-President of the IIRSM (International Institute of Risk and Safety Management), supporting the member community at the heart of the organisation.
She believes curiosity is essential. By learning beyond the health and safety bubble and openly sharing what works and what does not, the profession can move faster and deliver greater impact.
