A highly accomplished and results-driven HEALTH, SAFETY, AND ENVIRONMENT EXECUTIVE with an extensive operations background in diverse chemical industries (DOW, ARKEMA, ORBIA), electric utilities (ENTERGY), as well as domestic and international experience. Proven aptitude for developing and implementing company policies, standards, and changes in operations and systems to optimize productivity and sustainable bottom-line results.

Leveraging exemplary leadership and communication skills to implement strategic reorganizations, strengthen corporate cultures, reduce costs, and maximize productivity. An outstanding track record improving Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) performance, effectiveness of Organizations and increasing people’s job satisfaction.

Delivering on a tactical level, I have been instrumental in helping set and implement business and operational strategies in Europe , USA, Mexico and China. In recent years I have presented papers, led workshops, and participated on expert panels in Turnberry, Berlin and Cebu (Philippines). In addition I have participated on several expert panels with ERM/Facebook and Dekra during the Covid pandemic and at National Safety Council (NSC) events.

As I am passionate about safety and the concept of #Zeroispossible (getting everyone home safely, every day), I participate regularly in benchmarking sessions as well as sharing best practices with peers and colleagues.
