Michael McLellan is Chief Operating Officer (COO) of DHL Supply Chain in North America. As COO, he is responsible for leading all aspects of Operational Excellence across the region to support existing and new business. He sits on the division’s North America Board as well as the Global Operations Board.

With extensive experience in supply chain operations across big box retail and eCommerce companies, Mike brings diverse, first-hand operational expertise to his role. Since joining DHL in 2015, he has a history of executing and growing key operations within the business and driving cross-functional collaboration. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Louisville.
