About Lucas Qi About
Lucas Qi is an accomplished EHS and sustainability leader with over two decades of cross-industry experience spanning chemicals, manufacturing, retail, and supply chain sectors. He currently serves as the Director of EHS & Sustainability for APAC at Colgate-Palmolive, where he oversees environmental health and safety initiatives and drives sustainability strategies across the region.
Prior to his current role, Lucas held a series of senior leadership positions including EHS Senior Manager at Colgate-Palmolive, Senior Manager of Safety & Loss Prevention at Amazon China, and Regional Security Director for Greater China at BSH China. He also led safety, loss prevention, and audit functions at Zhejiang Cainiao Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd., and began his career in production and maintenance at Shen Hua Chemical, where he developed his strong foundation in operational safety.
