Louise Harry serves as Director of Sustainability and EHS for Siemens Great Britain and Ireland, where she also sits on the UK Executive Management Team. She oversees strategic efforts to integrate environmental stewardship, decarbonization, and resource circularity into core operations while progressing toward net-zero targets. Beginning her career at Motorola in 1995, Harry has directed international safety and environmental programs across the telecommunications, technology, and manufacturing sectors. At Siemens, she uses digital tools and stakeholder engagement to cultivate workplace wellbeing and support sustainable industrial growth.
