Kate Field is BSI’s global head of human and social sustainability. An award-winning thought leader, she has more than 20 years’ experience across sectors, from regulator to consultant. She leads BSI’s worldwide strategy to create human-centred workplaces and communities.
She uses her platform to drive cultural change that puts purpose, trust and wellbeing first. Kate provides practical insight on health, safety and wellbeing, modern slavery, diversity and inclusion, the future of work, AI, purpose-driven organisations and sustainable procurement.
Kate developed the first global training and certification programme for psychological health and safety, as well as BSI’s Prioritising People Model©, which promotes cultures of trust and has reached audiences exceeding four billion.
