I lead with calm, clarity, and a relentless passion for protecting people. As Director of Health and Safety at VHB, I’ve built scalable systems that support thousands of employees across transportation, land development, and energy projects along the East Coast.

I see myself as an agent of change, grounded in a philosophy of experimentation, collaboration, and trust. I believe the best safety solutions emerge when we empower teams to identify and own the strategies that mitigate the risks they face. Throughout my career, I’ve championed this approach across diverse projects, but most recently, I’ve been focused on leveraging wearable technology and AI to enhance real-time protection for roadway workers.
