Fiona Liddell is passionate about safety and ethics, with a genuine drive to make a difference every day. A true yellow DiSC profile, she brings optimism, warmth and fresh ideas. Her focus is on improving worker welfare and HSE across the UAE and KSA.
At Serco Middle East, Fiona Liddell communicates, trains and leads the implementation of ERM risk policies, processes and systems. She leads a risk-based assurance programme across all sectors within the division, working closely with the senior executive team.
She ensures delivery of the ethics and compliance programme with service providers, conducting due diligence and running workshops, training and forums on risk, ethics, compliance and HSE.
Fiona Liddell also delivers the Serco Middle East HSE strategy alongside contract HSE managers, sector directors and customers across the region, helping to create safer environments for the communities and places served.
