About Emma Seymour About
Emma Seymour is a Senior Partner at Gratiya Advisory, working with governments, regional and international businesses and family offices to embed compliant and ethical behaviour within organisations and their supply chains. She joined in January 2023 after four years directing the Worker Welfare Assurance strategy at Expo 2020 Dubai.
With more than 20 years in human resources, Emma Seymour is dedicated to employee welfare, engagement and sustainability. She has designed and implemented programmes that improve workers’ wellbeing, safety, security and dignity across large, complex organisations in hospitality, facilities management and construction. A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, she holds a master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Middlesex University. She is an advocate for diversity and inclusion and promotes ethical, sustainable practices to benefit society.
