Andy Bilby is a seasoned Health & Safety professional with extensive experience across the broadcast and entertainment industry. He is currently Senior Manager, Production Health & Safety (EMEA) at Netflix, a role he has held since 2021, overseeing safety on productions across the region. Prior to Netflix, Andy held senior health and safety roles at ITV and FremantleMedia, and has consulted for major companies including EndemolShine, NBC Universal, Avalon, and Warner Brothers. He also served as Health & Safety Advisor for the London 2012 Olympic & Paralympic Games, bringing a wealth of expertise in large-scale, complex productions.
