About Rosa Antonia Carrillo About
Rosa Antonia Carrillo is a published author of several books on safety leadership. Edgar Schein endorsed her book, The Relationship Factor in Safety Leadership, saying that it was a must read for every safety professional. She is also a frequent speaker at conferences, having just returned from the EHS Congress in London where she was the keynote speaker. Through the years she has published about 40 articles through the ASSP safety Journal and she has taught many of their courses on safety culture, leadership and self-development for safety professionals.
She brings twenty-five years of experience in the field talking with employees, supervisor, managers and a few CEOs. That is why she brings a deep understanding to resolving the complex problems we face in EHS. Her experience and masters degree in organizational effectiveness and leadership development enable her to enhance leadership skills and bottom-line results for her clients.
