A practitioner turned consultant, Boon Chew served as the Regional HSE Head for Tyco before specializing in the “people side” of risk. By anchoring his corporate pedigree in a dual MSc in Safety and Psychology, Boon bridges the gap between behavioral science and operational reality.
As a lecturer in Human Factors at SUSS and the author of 7 Toolkits for Safety Practitioners, Boon advocates for psychological approaches to drive organizational change.
