Christian Diel has been appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Siemens Czech Republic and Head of Finance of the Digital Industries Division. In this role, he is responsible for strategic financial management and the ongoing digital transformation of the company’s finance departments and processes.
Christian Diel has extensive and long-standing experience in financial management within the global structures of the Siemens Group. He has been with the company since 2000, with a long-term focus on financial management and sales. He joins the company from the position of CFO of the Innomotics Low Voltage Motors business, headquartered in Shanghai, China. Previously, he was Finance Director of the Siemens UK production site in Congleton.
Christian had his first experience in the Czech market and environment while working at Siemens Mohelnice in 2006. He succeeds Jens Franke, who became CFO of Smart Infrastructure in China.
