My role is to communicate, Train and lead on the implementation of ERM risk policies, processes and systems across Serco Middle East. Lead and implement a Risk-Based Assurance programme across all Sectors within the division, working closely with the Senior Executive Team.
Ensure the implementation of our Ethics and Compliance Programme working closely with our Service Providers which involves conducting due diligence activities and delivering workshops,training and forums on risk, ethics, compliance and HSE.
Deliver and execute the Serco Middle East HSE Strategy working closely with Contract HSE Managers, Sector Directors and customers cross the Middle East, ensuring safer environments for the communities and environments we work in
