About Tim Eldridge About
Tim is responsible for developing an industry leading HSSEQ culture across JLL; as well as delivering the global policy, programs, tools and overall compliance requirements for health and safety, security, quality, and environmental impacts for global operations. He is a results-driven global leader with a proven track record in transforming organizational safety culture and performance; and leading large multi-disciplinary teams.
Tim has over 25 years’ experience leading health, safety, security, environment and quality, having worked for the health and safety regulators in the UK and Australia, and more recently leading the global health and safety function for large private sector organisations, delivering transformational change leading to better and stronger health and safety performance and culture. Tim is also a Trustee of the One Percent Safer Foundation, a charity providing support to organisations and safety professionals in developing countries to drive small but sustainable safety improvements.
