I am an Industrial Engineer with 20 years of international HSE experience across construction, spirits & wine, transportation, logistics, pharmaceuticals, packaging, and Swiss manufacturing. My core strength is combining strong HSE expertise with advanced behavioural science.

I completed a master class in behavioural science and specialise in analysing how people behave at work and translating complex behavioural frameworks into practical, effective nudging interventions that drive safer choices. I even developed an interactive game that helps employees create their own nudges, making behavioural safety simple, engaging, and actionable.

My expertise includes behavioural safety, risk analysis, HSE systems, auditing, and leading safety leadership programs. I bring an integrated view of risk, a coaching‑oriented approach, and a strong focus on building mature, sustainable safety cultures.
