I have achieved success in engineering-based industries (mining & metals, construction), aviation, the public service, and now in manufacturing. Having lived and worked in several geographies, I managed local and remote teams to implement HSE globally. I bring a wealth of experience to the table.

My approach
• I am the HSE leader and advocate in the organization
• Coaching leadership to integrate HSE into the role, and Behaviour-based Safety at all levels
• Working with other functions for success, deploying HSE standards and a common HSE language
• ISO 14001 and 45001 – third-party verification/certification to ISO and sustainability ratings
• Reporting requirements, including CSRD and rating bodies, e.g. EcoVadis
• Integrating HSE into operations and support functions, cross-functional excellence
• Delivering data-based analyses to inform strategy and operations decisions
• Leading HSE communication, popularizing activity within the organization and supply chain
• Developing crisis management, business continuity capabilities
• Leading internal audit delivery to assure governance standards remain relevant
• Mentor to HSE staff, developing their capabilities, having a pipeline of talent
