Andrea is a global retail marketing, sales/business development, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), finance, operations, and new market entry/go-to-market expert interested in joining corporate boards, who is currently Global President, Customer Experience, at Advantage Solutions, a $4B+ Fortune 1000 sales, marketing, and technology company with 70K associates. Over the past 30+ years, she has consistently achieved top line revenue driven profitable growth and a strong track record of results for U.S. and global private, private equity backed, and public companies from $5M to $4B+.

Andrea is a customer focused executive who uses her innate grit, perseverance, and resilience to solve growth problems and achieve growth goals by creating new business models and optimizing organizational alignment, despite ownership, Board, and C-Suite leadership change.

She has strong expertise in helping hyper growth companies scale and in developing and implementing innovative growth strategies, strategic plans, and go-to-market initiatives for acceleration, competitive advantage, and long-term value creation.

Andrea’s leadership philosophy is to be fair, firm, collaborative, consistent, and empathetic while fostering a purpose driven, people centric, value based culture and organization for the 29,000 associates she currently oversees in 12 countries (USA, Canada, Mexico, France, Spain, Sweden, Australia, New Zealand, Taiwan, Japan, Mainland China, and Korea).

Andrea has a strong reputation of being authentic, honest, knowing how to make hard tradeoffs and difficult decisions, and fixing problems right away while being upfront about what she can and cannot do. As a result, she has built and maintained long-term profitable strategic business relationships, partnerships, and alliances with leading companies including Costco Wholesale, The Kroger Company, Kroger Health, Target, Anheuser-Busch, AT&T, P&G, RJ Reynolds, and Cisco Systems.

She is a Founding Board Member of the Advantage Solutions Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Enterprise Board, a Board member of the Advantage Smollan Joint Venture, and is a frequent attendee and presenter to the Advantage Solutions Board of Directors.

Andrea was a member of the Women’s Basketball Team and student-athlete representative on the NCAA Governance Committee. She is also an LGBTQIA+ advocate who currently resides in Huntington Beach, California.
