As the Head of HSE & Wellbeing at UCB – a global biopharmaceutical company specializing in neurology and immunology – Rebecca is passionate about creating environments where people can thrive, contribute meaningfully, and perform at their best. Her work is grounded in Safety Differently / Safety-II, Human & Organisational Performance (HOP), psychological safety, and contemporary safety science – approaches that recognise people as the solution.
