A former UK military veteran, he has been an influential HSE partner programs on complex joint venture projects including dams, ports, rail, and tunnelling developments. With experience spanning project delivery through to global governance and executive reporting, Stuart is passionate about building safe, secure, and sustainable workplaces while helping his organization improve performance, manage risk, and achieve their strategic objectives.
