As COO of Ogilvy North America, I lead transformation across one of the world’s most influential creative networks. My focus: uniting talent, technology, and brand strategy to deliver enterprise growth that compounds over time. I also chair Ogilvy’s AI Steering Committee, driving adoption from internal upskilling to client initiatives that redefine how brands operate and compete.
Previously, as President of Ogilvy New York, I revitalized the agency’s flagship office by rebuilding culture, driving double-digit growth, and earning Ad Age’s Comeback Agency of the Year.
Known as a change agent and growth architect, I help organizations, clients, and teams turn around, reinvent, and rise to their next chapter. From scaling IBM’s global marketing impact to guiding Samsung’s brand expansion, and shaping strategies for leaders across technology, CPG, financial, and lifestyle sectors including Chobani, Audi, and IKEA, my career has been about connecting what inspires people with what drives performance.
Beyond my work at Ogilvy, I’m committed to building the future of our industry. I sponsor Ogilvy’s Early Learning Program, partner with the Ad Council and Opportunity@Work on “Tear the Paper Ceiling” (an initiative removing degree discrimination and changing hiring policies across companies and states), and serve on the Board of The ADVERTISING Club of NY, helping shape the next generation of talent and creativity. I also work closely with FIT, my alma mater, supporting early learning programs that open pathways into the industry.
