Zoe Hayes is Head of Safety at the BBC, where she leads the strategic direction and transformation of safety across the range of BBC’s services and output. With deep expertise in safety risk management, governance and cultural change, she works at executive level to enable delivery where complexity and exposure are greatest. Zoe leads on enterprise‑wide reform of safety systems, risk appetite and performance metrics, embedding safety as a strategic enabler. A Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute and MBA graduate, she brings extensive global experience across media, sport and major events
